A 35-year-old San Francisco woman died at the scene of a two-car crash in Alameda County on Friday evening.

Around 6:45 p.m., the woman’s Toyota Camry and a Dodge Magnum collided, according to a California Highway Patrol report. Both cars were traveling east on Interstate 580 in unincorporated Alameda County, east of the Interstate 205 split.

The Victim’s name has not been released.

The cause of the collision is under investigation. The Magnum’s driver, a 38-year-old man from Patterson (Stanislaus County), was not injured.
